Kindly write to us on sruthisjewellery@gmail.com with the details of your order and a picture of the product received. We will quickly work to resolve it.

If the order has not been delivered within the mentioned number of days, you are expected to notify us via mail (by mentioning the order number ##) immediately so that we can take further actions.

NOTE: In case of parcel missing we are not liable if we are not notified within the said number of days.

Yes we do have a broadcast group for people who are inactive on social media. Please feel free to what’s app us to get the link of the group. But this group would be a spam if you are an active person on Instagram/Facebook.

That’s a very common thing that can happen to one and can be quite frustrating. But please do not worry, there is a Whatsapp button available below every product that’s sold out. You can either email/what’s app us on the list of items you would like to pre-order.

We support Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, IMPS, Paytm and other wallets, UPI via BHIM UPI , Google Pay, PhonePe etc,

You will receive a mail from us stating your order has been placed .You can view your order status under your order history category after a day of placing the order.

 

Yes, we do share tracking/consignment details as soon as we dispatch your order from our end.

We use courier services like ST,DTDC, Professional ,etc to do the delivery and it’s entirely Upto the particular service/delivery staff when it comes to the delivery. We have no authority over their service and timings.

In case it has been delivered at your address , but it was collected by security staff, House help, neighbour etc. We do not have any guarantee regarding such cases As There will be no advance call or communication from the courier companies while delivering your order, so kindly track your order regularly to receive with no hassles.

Shipping Updates are given only via email. There shall be no calls made regarding the same.

Generally, delivery agent will not call unless the address is unclear. Kindly be available on the number you provided.
